Press Release
February 10th, 2014
Grizzly Lacrosse Club (CO) will set out to provide the youth of both Colorado and New Mexico with an affordable opportunity to learn the skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship that is part of the Lacrosse Tradition. Just as important, they will focus on making sure players have fun, and that GLC acts as a feeder program for the Alamosa High School lacrosse team as well as collegiate programs around the West Coast.
The coaching staff for Colorado Grizzly Lacrosse Club is comprised of the coaches at Adams State University as well as current upperclassmen on the team. The head coaches will be the head coaches of the club teams as the current ASU players will serve as the assistant coaches. All coaching staff members will be present at all try-outs and camps throughout the year.
With the amount of experience and knowledge that the players and coaches have, they will be an excellent mentor program for girls lacrosse players thinking about playing the game in both high school and college.
